Leveraging Montrium's Adobe Sign Validation Toolkit, Pharmascience Drives Efficiencies with Remote E-Signatures

MONTREAL, CANADA, November 13, 2020 - Montrium, a leader in GxP cloud consulting services for the life sciences, today shares that the release of a Success Story with technology partner Pharmascience.

Headquartered in Montreal, Canada, nearly half of Pharmascience's 1,500 employees have moved to remote work as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Pharmascience needed a faster way to transition to an e-Signature tool to keep productivity high while being away from the office.

Some GxP signatures were being executed in Pharmasciences previous electronic signature system, and the remaining amount was using paper. With a tight timeline, the team needed to validate and implement a tool that facilitated 21 CFR Part 11 compliant e-Signatures. The quality systems team decided to leverage outside expertise and identified Montrium as the right partner to help with the transition. Over a period of two weeks, Montrium's experts provided the documentation that Pharmascience needed to validate their implementation of Adobe Sign for electronic signatures.

This helps remote colleagues to collaborate more easily,work more efficiently, and have better visibility into the signing process, allwithin acompliant system. The Toolkit saved Pharmascience two additional months of work that they would have had to put in to validate the system internally.
